Don't get discouraged if y...Your doing great! Don't get discouraged if you can't keep up on the hills. Slow and steady is sometimes the best way. When I bike with Jared I find that when I am trying to keep up with him, I wear myself out quicker. When I concentrate on my own best pace, I usually go quicker and use less energy.
